Search Criteria

Start date:                                  Start of the evaluation period

End date:                                    End of the evaluation period

Fleet: Default: selected fleet.  All fleets or only certain fleets can be selected as long as the user has access rights to the fleet.

Vehicle:                                       Selected vehicle(s). By default, all vehicles of this fleet are always evaluated

Show position in report: this specification can be used to control whether the location should be shown in the exports.  To do this, however, the position display must be activated in the details

Overview

Fleet: vehicle allocated fleet

Vehicle:         vehicle registration number

G: Generation/version of the digital tachograph

Type of cargo: Goods or passengers

Loading type: Loading or unloading or both

Activities: number of loading/unloading activities

Detail:

Begin: Date/time, when the Loading/Unlaoding activity was entered in the digital tachograph

Type of cargo: Goods or passengers

Loading type: Loading or unloading or both

Country:                                   Country as identified by the digital tachograph, when the activity began

Position                                        Position as identified by the digital tachograph. to display the position, it needs a click on "Determinate position"

Kilometers:                                 current mileage - derived from the digital tachograph

Drivers: Name of the driver, that had entered his drivercard in the digital tachograph during the loading/unloading activity

Important note: this report only contains data if the vehicle has a digital tachograph G2 version 2 installed and the driver has entered the loading/unloading details via the tachograph menu
