Driver Reports
The driver reports are based on the driver files. The following types of evaluations are available:
Infringements driving and working time
Driving times
Driving times - graphical
Border Crossing
Basically, all reports are created as an online display. In addition, the displayed data can be exported in the formats:
pdf,
xls
csv
All driver reports allow a "drill down", i.e. from the overview of the data (e.g. total per evaluation period) to the detail level week, then to the detail level day, and from there to the next detail level individual activity within the day.
By default, the reports are created from the driver files, but if a telematics box is connected, the latest live data can also be displayed in the reports.
In the following chapters, the individual reports are described in detail.
Infringement Report - Driving time
The infringement report shows the driving and working time infringements that occurred during the reporting period. For each driver, the severity of the violation is indicated with further details. A separate evaluation is available as a document for the discussion with the driver, which can be used as documentation for the discussion that took place.

Driving Time Report - graphical
The driving time report - graphical - shows the activities of the drivers in a user friendly form, cumulated per activity in a weekly overview. In addition, the individual activities of the driver per weekday are displayed in a detailed overview, with the possibility of zooming into any detail with the mouse wheel.
The sum of the driver's activities per day is shown in a separate table.
Another selection criterion - besides the week - is the display of live data from the digital tachograph, in addition to the archived data. This is indicated by a blue background.
