Alert Reports

A large number of alarm reports are available, which can be created and displayed/printed/saved as needed. All reports can also be scheduled using the Schedule report.

The reports are available in the following formats:

Drivers who refuse to have their live data (driving, work, break, rest time) displayed, are listed in the special ITS report: ITS Report

Alert Reports

The purpose of the Alarm Reports is to inform fleet managers within a transportation company of due dates or overruns of due dates, such as:

Driver card expiration
Due/overdue legal upload of files
RDL schedule due/overdue
Due/overdue calibration of digital tachographs
And many more tasks

Selection Criteria

Each of the reports has the following selection criteria:

- Fleet
- Expiration type:
  - Deadlines have been exceeded,
  - Action is required,
  - Everything in order
