Management
User Management
In this function, the users are created by the administrator of the application. The access rights (e.g. to the fleet(s) ) are also defined. A distinction is made between:
Administrator
Fleet manager
Driver (if the driver with his driver card is already created in the system)

Driver Management
By archiving/uploading the driver card, the driver is automatically created in the system. In addition to the data on the driver card, further details can be added.

Vehicle Management
A vehicle is normally created by archiving/uploading a vehicle file. In the process, all vehicle-specific data is transferred, including the data on the digital tachograph installed in the vehicle.
In exceptional cases, the creation of a vehicle is also possible manually. The minimum specifications are then:
Vehicle registration number
VIN
Country of registration

Fleet Management
By default, fleet 01 is always created for a customer. The fleet management allows the creation of further fleets (e.g. further branches), as well as the input of specific entries per fleet for the working times.

Driver Group Management
The overview shows the number of authorised fleet managers and the number of drivers in each driver group.

Company Details
The customer-specific details are managed in the company details. In addition to the address, these are further details for display in the evaluations (e.g. local time) as well as license details and details on deletion periods.

RDL Scheduler
As a default for each customer, the RDL Plan specifies the following:
Vehicles : every 30 days
Drivers : every 14 days
This information can be changed by the administrator to shorter or longer periods.

Company Cards
All company cards that are registered in the customer's vehicle files are listed here. In addition, the company cards that are to be used for the remote download are also shown here.

Working Time Parameters
The working time parameters contain default values for the working time violation evaluations. The values recommended by the EU Commission are set as default. Per customer and/or per fleet (branch) the values can be changed, with effects on the working time evaluations.

Report Scheduler
Using this function, the alarm reports can be executed on a specific date. After execution, the user receives an email notification and can view and/or export the report in the application.
