This function can be used to assign the driver to one or more other fleets. Once the assignment has been changed, the details must be saved using the ‘Save’ icon.
Driver as User
Driver as user - Explanations
With this function, the driver can be created as a user. This function can only be carried out by the fleet manager or administrator so that the driver can call up his evaluations or view his live data via smartphone/tablet.
Driver - Alarm status - Explanations
This function can be used to specify whether the alarm/reminder function should remind this driver of the legally scheduled upload of driver files and/or compliance with the RDL schedule. The function is activated by default, but can be deactivated for one or all drivers. If it is deactivated, exceeding the deadlines no longer appears on the dashboard and in the alarm report.
Driving License Data Update - "CSV Reimport"
This additional function makes it possible to perform driver's license data as a mass import, since manual maintenance per driver is very time-consuming. The procedure for this is as follows:
Call up driver data via the driver data overview and export the data as a .CSV file
Open the exported file and optionally enter the following data
Driving license number
Tested (date of last test)
Expiration date (of the driver's license)
Save modified file as .csv
Click on CSV reimport in the driver overview
Import modified file as .csv
Confirm import
