Search Criteria
Start date: Start of the evaluation period
End date: End of the evaluation period
Vehicle: Selected vehicle(s). By default, all vehicles of this fleet are always evaluated.
Including live data: If a telematics box is installed in the vehicle, the current live data can also be selected here.
Only vehicle totals: Only the total for the vehicle and the time period are displayed
Only monthly totals: Only the totals per vehicle and month are displayed
Overview
Vehicle registration number
Generation of tachograph (G1 = before June 2019, G2 = Smarttacho as of June 2019).
Start - km: Initial mileage of the period (month/day).
End - km: End mileage of the period (month/day).
Total - km: Total kilometers driven in the period (month/day).
"Steering" icon: Sum of the times when the vehicle was moved
"Work" icon: Sum of the times when the tachograph was set to "work
"Standby" symbol: Sum of the times when the tachograph was set to "Standby".
"Rest" symbol: Sum of the times when the tachograph was set to "Rest".
Detail
Card slot" icon: Activity from card slot Driver (1) or Co-driver (2)
Activity driver: Activity driver / co-driver
Start: Start of the respective activity
End: End of the respective activity
Duration: Duration of the respective activity
Driver name: If a driver card is inserted, the name of the driver is displayed here
Identifier "*": If live data are displayed in the evaluation, they are marked with a "*".
Footer: Here the total data of the day are displayed, separated by driver and co-driver.
