Filter Criteria
Period from - to: Any period can be specified here (e.g. over 2 years)
Fleet: Selected fleet or - if authorized - all available fleets
Created: This applies the period to the date of creation
From/to: This applies the period to the content of the files from/to
Available in period?: "Yes" means that only files of vehicles for which files are available in the selected period are selected.
"No" means that in addition to these vehicles, vehicles for which no files are available in the selected period are also selected.
Overview
Vehicle: Selection window for vehicle search/vehicle display
Last upload: Date/time of the last upload
RDL: Display if the file was uploaded via remote download or manually
Next RDL: Date/time of next remote download
"yellow arrow": Number of days until next remote download ("-" = overdue)
"red arrow": Number of days until next legal archiving date ("-" = overdue)
"blue arrow": If a blue arrow is displayed, a spontaneous remote download is possible

Vehicle: License plate number of the vehicle
Created: Date/time of file creation
G: Generation of the digital tachograph (G1 = until June 2019, G2 = Smarttacho from June 2019)
Company card: Company card used (only for remote download)
Type: Created by RDL or manually
From: Date/time of first activity
To: Date/time of last activity
File name: Filename

1 Information about the signature of the file:
"green" = ok
"red" = "red" = invalid file, click for more details of the selected vehicle file
"yellow" = no activities found in the uploaded file
"blue" =DTCO code 25 - incorrect signature, data is complete
By clicking on this symbol another overview of the file is displayed (see below).
In addition to general data about the tachograph, the company cards registered in this tachograph are also displayed here, as well as checks carried out with the control card.

5 With this function this file can be deleted. Before the final deletion, there is another request to the user: "Do you want to delete this driver file? - This operation cannot be undone! ", only then the file is finally deleted.
